A new concept combining food and fun in a friendly atmosphere, Boss ChickNBeer, is poised to open its first ever public house in the heart of Berea. Those crazy girls who brought you Boca Loca Burrito Factory are doing it again by spicing up downtown Berea's dining scene with their well-hyped wings and signature side of sass!
"At Boss ChickNBeer, we want to introduce the community to an entertaining place to have a laugh, reminisce, and make some new memories right here in the heart of Downtown Berea. Our ultra-crispy dry-rubbed chicken wings will be the star of the show with many supporting cast members like beer-battered fried chicken, stuffed tater tots, and tons more,” said co-owner Heather Doeberling. Heather added that the menu shall include Boss Ale, a signature draft brew from Platform Beer Company, especially made for Boss ChickNBeer.
Boss ChickNBeer will join U.S. Bank, BW Bookstore, Starbucks, Papa John’s and Dave’s Cosmic Subs on the first floor of the DiGeronimo Companies and BW collaborative project. “We are extremely pleased with the interest we have had from potential tenants for this great location and are thrilled to add Boss ChickNBeer to the mix at University Market”, said Emerick Corsi III, Development Manager at the DiGeronimo Companies.
Construction is already underway on the 64,000 sf mixed use development in downtown Berea, and a groundbreaking ceremony was held on September 16th at the project site. The ground floor commercial space will be topped by three floors of BW residence hall units.
