The CrossCountry Mortgage Campus Expansion is a mixed-use development adjacent to the Cleveland Browns headquarters and practice facility in Berea, Ohio consisting of the following:

• The Barker Hotel – 144-room Marriott Tribute hotel with a full-service restaurant and café
• 7,000 seat stadium – future home of Berea Midpark High School and other events programmed by Haslam Sports Group
• 50,000 square foot office building pre-leased to University Hospitals (10,500 sf), Cleveland Browns content studio (6,500 sf) and Cleveland Browns sales center (11,300 sf)
• 156 residential units in two buildings with 10,000 square feet of first floor retail
• 10,000 square feet of first floor retail within the residential buildings
