Hylant to Relocate Northeast Ohio Office to Valor Acres

DiGeronimo Development announced that Hylant, one of the nation’s largest privately held insurance brokerage firms, will be relocating its Northeast Ohio office to Valor Acres, Brecksville’s premier mixed-use destination.

Hylant has signed a lease for approximately 24,000 square feet of Class A office space, with an anticipated move-in scheduled for early 2027.

The relocation reflects both Hylant’s continued growth in Northeast Ohio and Valor Acres’ role as a hub for innovation, business, and community.
