Berea residents and students of Baldwin Wallace University (BW) will soon be able to enjoy “Peace, Love, and Subs” ™ at the new University Market, opening on Front Street in Fall of 2018.
Dave’s Cosmic Subs will join U.S. Bank, BW Bookstore, Starbucks, and Papa John’s on the first floor of the DiGeronimo Companies and BW collaborative project. “This location lends itself naturally to a premier sub place like Dave’s”, said Emerick Corsi III, Development Manager at the DiGeronimo Companies.
“We look forward to sharing Dave’s love of great food and great music with the community while adding a little fun to downtown Berea” added Paul Sidhu, franchisee owner of the Berea location.
Construction is already underway on the 64,000 sf mixed use development in downtown Berea, and a groundbreaking ceremony was held on September 16th at the project site. The ground floor commercial space will be topped by three floors of BW residence hall units.
